So, why share? Your story matters. By sharing your journey, you can help others feel less alone, provide hope, and contribute to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health issues.
What to Share?
- Personal Experiences: Share your personal journey with mental health, including challenges and successed. .
- Coping Strategies: Discuss techniques that have helped you manage your mental health.
- Inspirational Stories: Inspire others with stories of resilience, recovery, and growth.
- Expert Insights: If you’re a mental health professional, share your knowledge and advice.
Guidelines for Submission:
1. Write from the heart and share your genuine experiences.
2. If you wish to remain anonymous, please feel free to do so. Respect the privacy of others mentioned in your story.
3. Focus on sharing insights and experiences that can uplift and support others.
4. Aim for a length between 200- 500 words.
5. Avoid graphic details that could be triggering to others. Focus on the lessons learned.
6. Submit your story via the form.
We review all submissions and will notify you if your story is selected for publication.
